After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. What I like about the hotel is, easy access to the train station and
a bus to the city and to all tourists destinations in Paris. The
staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of
the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the
hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed. So, I
go down to the reception and ask that I would like to add 1 more
person in our hotel room, the guy at first is hesitant to do so, but

Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my lovely 4 nights stay. - The price was fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly

The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful. 1. Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré-
Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
3. Public kitchen is a good thing.
4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

Nice baby beds, refrigerator in room, free internet in lobby, elevator. close to Metro. - The bed was large, as was the bathroom and the size of the room in general. It was very convenient to the nearest metro station. The room was very quiet and clean.
