  When booking in the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and functional for our needs. It was also close to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. - Very good breakfast, served by 2 helpful and polite staff. Good location near ( just in front) Gare de l'Est. Confortable and clean rooms.

  A big surprise in Paris ! Quite well located just in front of the Gare de l'Est, the Hotel offers clean and well-designed bedrooms. Although it is located in a busy street, the silence inside the room is remarkable. I had the chance to get a suite for a relative cheap price (86 €) but I may think that the standard rooms may be a bit small... Helpf... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ul staff and even if the check-in is a bit late (1500), they offer to keep your luggage until then (and even to call you if your room is ready earlier - Excellent room and great staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed and a really modern and clean room. The location is great, we walked to most of the places we went to and you can get right down to the quarter Latin in about 40mins. If you prefer not to walk gare d est tube is about 30 seconds away from the hotel door. I would definitely use this hotel again.

  I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

  The nice and helpfull people in the reception - The hotel was steps from Gare du l'est subway. Although it isn't in the heart of Paris, being that close to a station which made it easy to get anywhere. The staff was very helpful when I asked for directions and planning my trips.   The staff were very nice. The hotel is extremely close to the Gare de l'Est, thus very convenient for me. The room was clean, with nice towels, soap and shampoo, the breakfast was good value. I was very satisfied.   After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though.   The staff was very helpful and accommidating. They allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel before check in time on our day of arrival, and on the day of departure they allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. This allowed us to see more of Paris without dragging our luggage everwhere!   The Staff, especially Jan, David and Alim were so very helpful and professional. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! The hotel is very close to both train stations which - A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms
