Food at brasserie plain, large portions, good service. Highly recommend and intend to stay again when heading off on the TGV South.

Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was
always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast
and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a
nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de

The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. Easy to find the hotel however parking could be a problem as there are limited available spaces compared to ration of rooms. If you are not driving to this hotel it will not b

Some of the staff may not speak fluent English, but were all courteous, friendly and helpful. They even have a first aid kit for us when my wife fell down when we were out and had to nurse her wound back at the hotel. Breakfast was generous. The layout and colors of the hotel were open and cheerful.
The staff was courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable, patient, professional, friendly, helpful.
The hotel is well located for a visitor, nice neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, open air markets, banking, laundromats, nearby.
The neighbor feels/is safe and it is like being in a familiar community while being in a big city.

English is not my native language but I'd say: kindness in every level staff, cleanliness, excellent location, in two words a great value for money election. - Excellent location across from Luxembourg Gardens. Roomy by Parisian standards and easy access to favorite Left Bank spots. Staff very, very helpful.

The hotel has an excellent location, especially for younger people looking for the energy of the Latin Quarter. Very close to Metro and RER, and plenty of enexpensive (for Paris) restaurants and clubs nearby that are open well into the morning. Location is decent, it's next to the Bercy village(if I remember the
name right), a shopping and restaurant center, Metro is there also. Very
neat, one night I actually took the advantage of the bike station in
front of the hotel door, rided to the tower and back in mid might, nice -

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The metro was a 10 minute walk from the hotel but you could get everywhere on the Metro - Paris has a good Metro system. - The location is good; not too far from the city, but not too close to the crowded environment.
