The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. -
The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.

Staff were very helpful, friendly. Room was clean and decoration was excellent. The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean. Friendly and attentive reception staff, ideal location and extremely good value.

Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was
always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast
and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a
nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de
Paris. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast - a great selection

The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were adequate. Nothing fancy and met our needs. TV, non smoking rooms parking garage and easy walk to the train station. It was a boutique style hotel and very comfortable. We had a suite as it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and there was every comfort. The location was perfect - a ten minute walk from Notre Dame, bus service right outside the hotel and a metro within a three minute walk. The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling
by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just
across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to
expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added
bonus in the evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

English is not my native language but I'd say: kindness in every level staff, cleanliness, excellent location, in two words a great value for money election. - Excellent location across from Luxembourg Gardens. Roomy by Parisian standards and easy access to favorite Left Bank spots. Staff very, very helpful.

The hotel has an excellent location, especially for younger people looking for the energy of the Latin Quarter. Very close to Metro and RER, and plenty of enexpensive (for Paris) restaurants and clubs nearby that are open well into the morning. Δεν μας ενοχλούσαν για καθάρισμα κλπ, βέβαια λείπαμε όλη μέρα. Δύο πράγματα που ζητήσαμε γίνανε αμέσως. - η περιοχή, ο εσωτερικός κήπος, η ρεσεψιον και η γειτνίαση με το μετρό
