I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Very friendly staff.
Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

The localization is great, just a few meters of a metro station and near

1. We've got a room on the last floor with a Patio :-) So great!
Very romantic!!!
2. Clean, and nice bed. There was a desk in the room. Not a too small Parisian room.
3. Just around the corner each restaurant is nice for a dinner. If you want you can have non-French meal as well. About 50-60 EUR for 2 with wine.

Near to M3 ( Bourse station ), M8 & M9 ( Grand Boulevards Station ) to start your paris expedition. But hey who cares for the trains, you can walk around until you reach at eiffel tower. Isnt it amazing? The reception on duty were very accomodating esp the guy, i forget the name "sorry" who always has a smile whenever we ask a hot water everytime we arrive late in the evening.

The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. Close to Champs Elyséé and also very near to the metro sta

The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

All of the staff members were very friendly and had cheerful attitude. They helped with everything and randomly offered us hot tea or coffee at anytime of the day.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from Cadet station and easy access to anywhere. There are lots of excellent cafes, bars and delis. The room is roomy and clean. Great view of the street, too.

Η τοποθεσία του ηταν σε πολυ ησυχο δρομο κοντα σε δυο στασεις μετρο , στην οπερα ,τον λουβρο και τα πολυκαταστηματα.Το προσωπικο ηταν ευγενεστατο και μας εξυπηρετησαν οταν θελαμε να αφησουμε για 5-6- ωρες καπου τις αποσκευες μας.Επισης το μπανιο ηταν ανακαινισμενο και πολυ ανετο . - I wanted a budget hotel within walking distance of the main attrac
