The staff were fantastic and the room was comfortable, clean and very modern in its decoration. Hotel is beautiful, far too cold to be in the garden but it looked beautiful from the window. Our room was great, probably one of the smallest in the hotel but that didnt bother us. Really cosy, amazing shower, free mini bar topped up every day, a touch of snow and really comfortable bed! Hotel is a ten minute walk from Arc de Triumph and metro. - The envoiroment is wonderful. It's very clean and quiet. And the room is beautiful and quite large. The service is good. And the hotel staff is also kind and nice. I go to the hotel with my boyfriend, and we love to spend a fantastic night there on christmas day. I will definitely go to the hotel next time.

  The Location was great when travelling with the Ryanair shuttle bus,also there were lots of nice restaurants, cafe's, and mini-marketslocated around the hotel. The club room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, the toiletries were lovely and the towels were changed daily.   Great location and helpful staff. The rooms are tiny by American standards but they have efficiently included everything one needs. The bathroom was clean, well appointed, had excellent water pressure and a comfortable deep tub (with bath salts!). I loved the Nespresso machine in the closet and the little fold out desk. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with suggestions/reservations for restaurants and arrangements for airport transfers (a taxi van for 5 including our massive luggage.) We would have expected to pay the fee for personal emails.
