  The hotel is two steps from the Metro station and from the Louvre, even if it's not expensive. Good quality/price. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was a bit small but perfect if you don't have to spend all of your time there. Confortable bed. Everything was very clean!   Staff were very helpful and friendly. Liked the little touches like checking in if we needed a taxi for the following day.   I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features.   This hotel was so central to everything. You can stroll across and have breakfast in the Luxembourg gardens. At night walk around and over the bridges. Opposite the louvre. 5 minutes walk from musee d orsay Metro Station. The staff spoke very good English. Just outside the 6th arrondissement. Would definitely stay here again. - Located in front of Le Louvre, the hotel is easy to find, clean and the staff is friendly and helpfull. A Vélib station is located opposite to the Hotel and visiting Paris with a bicycle is fantastic. We will return to this place.

We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

  It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable.
