  The staff was always friendly, the facilities were always clean and the cleaning ladies did a good job. There were obviously fresh sheets put on the bed every day. The wifi access was as advertised, it was available in the lobby and the eating area and was reliable. The staff communicated in better English than I've ever experienced in a French hotel that hasn't been part of a major chain, and were happy to help with questions and with calling taxis, etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The wifi worked well. We enjoyed our stay there, and would consider going back.

  The hotel is close to the station, about a 10 minute walk, which is really good. The hotel is simple, but since I used it basically to sleep, it was good.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!
