  The lady at reception was just great and really took the time to givetips on what to do and what to see in Paris. She went out of her way tomake sure we got the room we requested. The staff at reception was veryfriendly. The room was really modern and clean. Hotel is beautiful, far too cold to be in the garden but it looked beautiful from the window. Our room was great, probably one of the smallest in the hotel but that didnt bother us. Really cosy, amazing shower, free mini bar topped up every day, a touch of snow and really comfortable bed! Hotel is a ten minute walk from Arc de Triumph and metro. - The envoiroment is wonderful. It's very clean and quiet. And the room is beautiful and quite large. The service is good. And the hotel staff is also kind and nice. I go to the hotel with my boyfriend, and we love to spend a fantastic night there on christmas day. I will definitely go to the hotel next time.

  easy and convenient - The woman who manages the breakfast was very kind (special for the kids), but the personal in general was also very kind. The appartment is very good for a family weekend with kids. So much better then a standard hotel. Close to metro.
