Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was
always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast
and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a
nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de
Paris. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast - a great selection

The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

A comfortable and quiet room in a convenient location for the Gare de Lyon. - The location was excellent and the price better than reasonable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast room was charming. And it was remarkably quiet for a hotel located on a big avenue - although everything from the other rooms was perfectly audible.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially how the receptionist actually came out of the hotel to our taxi to greet us and to help us in with our luggage, and the help she gave us with our luggage up to our room and down the next day. Food at brasserie plain, large portions, good service. Highly recommend and intend to stay again when heading off on the TGV South.

I chose this hotel for reasons of cost (it was on special offer); location (near to the Gare de Lyon, but in a fairly quiet side street); ratings and comments from previous customers. This is a quiet around-the-corner hotel; I stayed on the 5th floor street-side. Yet, the lively atmosphere of the bistro’s near Gare de Lyon is just a minute walk. The rooms are as you see them on the pictures: clean design and in very clean condition. The staff recommends dinner at the brasserie L’Européen on Blvd Diderot, opposite the Gare de Lyon: excellent food in a nice location. Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit.

Good location, close to Gare de Lyon. Basic room but clean. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.
