Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was
always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast
and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a
nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de
Paris. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast - a great selection

cuts of meat. Fresh squeezed orange juice as well! -
The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

It was actually my dad who stayed in the hotel and he told me everything was great, staff really made the effort to comunicate to him even if he speaks only portuguese and rooms were perfectly clean, spacious and confortable. Metro station just by the hotel which quickly puts you in contact with the whole city. Great experience. - The breakfast

The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. -
The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.

Staff were very helpful, friendly. Room was clean and decoration was excellent. The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean. Friendly and attentive reception staff, ideal location and extremely good value.

The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight
first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is
great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.
Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, super market etc all easily reachable. -

A comfortable and quiet room in a convenient location for the Gare de Lyon. - The location was excellent and the price better than reasonable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast room was charming. And it was remarkably quiet for a hotel located on a big avenue - although everything from the other rooms was perfectly audible.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially how the receptionist actually came out of the hotel to our taxi to greet us and to help us in with our luggage, and the help she gave us with our luggage up to our room and down the next day. There is a Metro station on the corner for easy access to all of the city, and there is a bus stop for Charles de Gaulle Airport there as well. There is a wonderful patisserie around the corner and numerous restaurants and sandwich shops within walking distance.
