Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. When I handed my booking reference in the gentleman checking us in noticed i had blacked out the price and asked if it was a surprise, I advised it was for my husbands birthday and he wished my husband a happy birthday and asked if he could invite us to the bar for a complimentary cocktail or glass of cha

The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The proximity of the hotel to the major tourist destinations. - I visited Paris more than 15 times and usually stayed at the business hotel such as Haytt or Marriot. The staff was very helpful and accommidating. They allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel before check in time on our day of arrival, and on the day of departure they allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on

A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights
and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee
stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro
is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony
and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of
the more expensive rooms

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district. Would definitely stay again. -
