  The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business. The internet access in the room was very reliable. A little awkward was the washroom and shower were in different rooms.

  Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and quiet, service is great - the staff is very helpful. - Clean room, comfortable bed. Attentiveness of the hotel staff. Great restaurant. Quiet even though it's close to the busy street.

  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. Turn right and a two minute walk along the Rue de Bac takes you to the Seine. on the way you will see marvellous boulangerie on left and delicatessen on right (one ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » block up). At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.
