  The Staff were exceedingly helpful to us. We had a bag and our passports taken from us earlier and had to change our travel plans. The staff helped us with this and made the loss so much easier. We loved the setting and the general environment in and surrounding the hotel.   The owner of this small hotel was extremely friendly and gave us lots of good advice regarding restaurants and places to visit. Very familiar atmosphere, great breakfast, secure parking and good rooms. Overall very good value for the money. Immmediately following our booking several months ago we were emailed suggestions for sightseeing in the region which were invaluable. Very friendly and attentive staff.   The location of the hotel was great for this little town because it was near where everything is and sits right on the canal. The concierge was very helpful and parking was incredibly convenient and easy, which is a bonus in this town. - Friendly staff and lovely + atmosphere, great room with comfortable bed and fantastic shower.
