  I really like the prompt response from the staff from the very first point of contact, even without meeting them. they fully cooperated with my and my particular situation (late) and provided me an easy to follow solution. once we arrived the space of the room was unbelievable! first thing in the morning the receptionist (who did not speak good En... τι λέει ο κόσμος » glish, but was a world of friendly and absolutely warm) welcomed us with a smile and great manners... it actually did not matter that we spoke differe - Location, Staff.   very friendly and helpful staff. Mme at reception- astonishing French beauty. Room and bath are clean, view from the window is nice. - The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and of a good standard for the price of the room. Happy to visit there again.

  The service of staff was absolutely brilliant, extremely polite and friendly! A member of staff actually waited up for us especially until gone midnight for us to check in on the first night (we couldn't get there until late, and he was completely happy to wait up for us). We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the hotel, and although there isn't a restaurant at the hotel, the hotel is less 4 minutes from a range of res - We arrived at Dunkirk with the last ferry, at 1am. We had received directions by phone on how to get into the car park and the building after the normal check-in time. The hotel was very easy to find, just off the motorway at exit 57, 25 minutes from the port max. It was quiet, clean, and an excellent no-frills option. I deal for an overnight stay after or before a ferry.
