Free private parking is available on site and the property is easily accessed from the A26 motorway, 20 km away. Other local towns include Arras and Lens, both less than 30 km from the B&B.

The owners where very accomodationg and friendly. They were happy to speak good English and also content to allow us to try some French. The food cooked at Dinner and breakfast was fresh and of a very high standard. The room was very pretty, clean and spacious. The courtyard setting is very pleasant if not romantic to sit and enjoy a few drinks. Very handy for the the Channel crossings and close to key battlefields. having the opportunity to sit and eat with other guests was great.
όλα τα σχόλια » We had a most enjojable overnight stay. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were welcoming and setting historic. We had a lovely evening meal of local cuisine which was delicious made all the more convivial by good company from fellow guests. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We hugely appreciated the attention of the owner at breakfast when we were the only non- French speakers at a communal breakfast table. He made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed being able to eat some delicious home cooking. Really warm welcome from the owners. "would you like some dinner....?" was the opening question from our hoist after a long drive. Say "Yes" and be treated to a wonderful home cooked meal - superb.Lovely room, pretty little village. Northern France at its best. The facilities are nice and the suite we stayed in was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like home. Ample parking offered on site and a good French breakfast of croissant, cheese, yogurt and bread was served in the main dining room. A friendly chambre d'hôte in a pretty, peaceful farm not far from the motorway. Dinner was good and although there was no choice they were very accommodating if you didn't like something. Do remember to book ahead. Friendly welcome to a French Gite in a working farm. Spacious & comfortable room & bathroom. Continental breakfast included. Dog friendly. Plently of parking space. Close to Arras & Lille. Warm welcome with a cup of tea. Large bedroom with all the facilities. Dog friendly Pleasant evening meal around the table meeting other guests. Close to Louvre Lens. Fanny and Gerard are fantastic hosts. The breakfast croissants were the best we've ever had! Beautiful place, loads of character. Great value for money. I looked for a place to relax in the route but it was a wonderful place, an old farmhouse in a little and quiet village. The owners really nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the 3 course evening meal which was cooked by Gerard and served in the huge dining room. The B&B was full during our stay and all guests sat together around the dining table which encouraged a good atmosphere for dinner, most guests were British so it made it easy to discuss each others travelling tales. The rooms are comfortable and clean although not luxurious, it is worth taking into account that it is a worki. Clean but basic accomodation. Obliging with regard to early breakfast (ferry to catch). We liked very much the family feel and friendly atmosphere. nothing. Nothing. The town is a little remote from some of the things of interest that might attract a visitor to the Pas de Calais region. There are no facilities in the town apart from a pizza shop which we used with great reluctance and then subsequently felt ill. This of course was not the responsibility of the Ferme de la Sensee. That we only stayed one night!. The internet does not reach the room. Only one towel was provided for a suite for up to 5 people. There are no heat overnight; the heat goes back on around 0630 hrs in the morning. No-where else to eat out nearby although the hotel provides Dinner if request. Perhaps the owners could have made us an evening meal as they did cook for a group of people but would not accommodate us. It would have been really good to have had a kettle, coffee, etc, so we could have had a drink after our long journey. Nowhere in the village to eat. WiFi only in reception room. No tea or coffee making facilities in room although water and glasses available. Village facilities limited. Wifi didn't work in our room. would have liked to stay longer!. A little off the beaten track, if you drive a low clearance car take care of gate retainer as you drive out, we drove at slow speed and still hit it. Some difficulty in finding location - but as much due to fatigue after a long and tiring drive. Bedrooms a little dated. Room well heated but need another blanket at night when it cools down. No tea or coffee available in room. For such place I will expect to have some local products (food) served, different than industrial one. Basic (but adequate) breakfast. A bit difficult to find. Wifi intermitent. One room was cool (daughters room) Ours was ok. everything, it was dirty, stain on blanket and on pillow case, spider web all over the room. Very disappointing. Totally inadequate, never again would stay there nor would recommend. Never seen such a mess in a place calling itself "hotel" . Really confused the place has a Logys logo yet it doesn't appear on the Logys book.
