Approx £20.00 taxi fare from CDG. Good clean warm roooms, TV with English news channels, WiFi easy to use, very helpful and courteous people at reception. Selection of places to eat within few minutes walk. The nearby number 23 bus [2 Euro fare] goes to the Parc des Exhibitions. Free hi-speed WiFi in the whole hotel. Breakfast for 4,90Euro ist good. Coffee mashine for 1 Euro the cup as well non stop available. Nice staff. Free big parking. Very close to CDG-Airport and highway. Good facilities nearby for eating outside.

More an observation than a dislike: It is on a developing industrial area, so the surroundings are not looking their best, but that will soon change. Not so easy to find, the same address is also in the city centre of Paris, so our navi leaded us to there first. Take a look at google maps first, so would the arrival be easier. Small entrance No trolleys. Quite a distance from central Paris but very comfy. Lack of kettle, tea/coffee making facilities. Would have liked the hotel to be closer to transport links. The taxi man that took me and my friends to Garde du Nord was aggressive. He insisted on collecting €60 instead of the €50 I agreed with the receptionist before he came. I was not happy about that. Didn't like breakfast room and facilities very much. would be nice and easy if they get a trolley for luggage. There is no surveillance on the car park. The Internet in the rooms is a little slow. Nothing. if you want to have an up to 4 pm check out, you pay 55euros,just the price for the previous night.would be good to have a trolley to help yourselves to carry many luggage.the location. Breakfast could been better. Very difficult to find on GPS because there was no street number. It is a clean hotel because it is new...however cheaply made, so will be a mess in a few years. Had a bunk bed over the twin beds in room. No hair dryer. Aircon struggled to cool room and it was not a hot day. Location: far away from RER. To get CDG or Paris you need to use Taxi. Price was not low but there is no big choice near Paris. Distance from airport. Very weak internet in the room. Full signal only at the reception desk. Breakfast limited also. It seemed to be located in a not very desirable area. The airconditioning did not work so the room was stifling. The no smoking rules were not enforced. It was a drive to get the train to Paris and we had to park in a very undesirable location that seemed very unsafe. The bathroom itself was very tiny and the amount of towels supplied for 4 people was insufficient. Toilet is always smelly, too far away from Paris centre. We booked the hotel solely for the fact it said on the booking that it had a hotel shuttle but it did not. We spent over 60 euros in taxi rides to the airport. Very disappointed with that.
