Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception
gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a
specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help
us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as
well as the toilet/bathroom). The bed was large and very
confortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep! We had been robbed leaving Barcelona and were very upset. We arrived very late in the evening at Mas de la Chapelle and not only was the owner a wonderful host, but the place proved to be a sanctuary away from the city. We were booked into the Best Western at Arles but when we arrived, they could not accommodate us as there was a noise problem in several of the rooms. The hotel redirected us to another hotel, the New Hotel, less than half a mile away at exactly the same price.The New Hotel was excellent and we thoroughly recommend it. Full marks to the Best West

Nord-Pinus must be one of the nicest hotels that our family has ever stayed in. Everything about it whispers refined taste, from the decor to service. I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. perfectly located, a retreat of calm tranquility, quiet refreshing pool, pleasant lounge areas to relax in the evenings and a lovely courtyard. Yes it is as others have commented a bit 'tired' in the decor but for me this added to the charm of the place. Can't comment on the food however as we never ate there.

The staff comes to mind first, friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean and a pleasure to use, I saw beautiful sunsets from my bedroom window. The location was excellent, right in the main street, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely walks and even if a distance away, if you don't mind walking, you could walk to the river and to the station. I have been to Arles before and will return in the future.

Very welcoming owners and staff. Very helpful. Delicious continental breakfasts. Very handy to all sights of Arles easy walk from train station and to river cruise port. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. A delightful olde worlde hotel and we warmly recommend it to fit travellers.
