Set in the heart of the Loire Valley, this bed and breakfast is just 500 metres from Fougères sur Bièvre medieval castle. It offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and an outdoor heated pool. Views of the park and an LCD TV with satellite channels are offered in the rooms at Entre Vignes et Châteaux. All rooms are individually decorated and some have a modern, private balcony. The B&B serves a continental breakfast every morning in the dining room. On sunny days, you can also dine on the terrace and admire the views of the 1-hectare garden. Free private parking is available on site and Blois is 20 km from the property. You may also choose to drive the 17 km to Chaumont-sur-Loire or visit Chambord, 30 km away.

This is a wonderful place to stay. By far our favorite hotel during a week long tour of the Loire Valley. The owners are very frinendly, and spoke enough english to give us a tour of the home. We chose to have dinner on site also. It was fantastic and a very good value! Breakfast the next mornig was also very good and plentiful. Best breakfast in France! The location "between the vines and chateaux" is very peaceful and convienient for visiting nearby chateaux. The rooms are all great! Large, m.
όλα τα σχόλια » letsbookhotel.com recommended we stay here as we were a family of 5 - but then mucked up our booking and booked us in for 2 adults.. the hosts at Fougeres were wonderful and whipped up 3 extra beds with no complaint and a smile - you felt like a queen at breakfast there was so much variety presented beautifully. Beds comfortable, designer bathroom, high speed internet, reasonably priced, friendly helpful hosts .. we HIGHLY recommend staying here - so close to Chenonceaux and Chambord - what mor. Our host was fantastic as we spoke minimal Fench, her English was far better. We had our 8 month old daughter with us she had fun petting the donkey and seeing the sheep and chickens. Breakfast was lovely, fresh eggs from the chickens in the grounds. Not many retaurants near by as the hotel is remote but we got take-a-way Pizza from the Pizzaria down the road and sat outside in the glorious weather with a couple of beers while the sun set. We had a wonderful stay. Everything about the B&B was perfect - clean, modern, well-kept, elegant furnishings. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was large and delicious. Our three-year old enjoyed the sheep and donkey out back as well as the wide open spaces to run around. The nearby castle was also well worth the visit. Everything! Perfect location for visiting les Chateaux de la Loire and the countryside, calm and peaceful area, cosy and comfortable rooms and atmosphere. A charming place! We received an extremely kind and chaleureux welcome by Mme Chasset. Me and my family, we shgall be more than happy to return to this Gite. We booked a suit, with spacious rooms. Beautiful landscape, opportunity to observe the life of a small farm: sheeps, donkey, chickens, may be interesting for families with little children. Exellent breakfast, very friendly hosts, forests around, big parking. Close to castles and historical sites. The rooms were beautiful! We were very well looked after. Breakfast was great!! And our two boys enjoyed having a bit of space to run around. Having tea-making facilities in the room was great too!!! Wished we could have stayed longer. Would love to go back. The hostess went out of her way to make us comfortable, including offering to drive our friend to another hotel (round trip) when she had booked nearby. The landscape was beautiful, the bathroom was great and the country feel relaxing. Breakfast was amazing!. We really enjoyed our stay in there: the rooms are spacious and the furniture stylish, the hosts are very friendly, the place is quiet (that is very relaxing!) and close to many castles, the breakfast is tasty and diversified. We highly recommend it!. Breakfast was probably the best we have EVER had at any establishment of this kind - sumptuous, fresh food, copious quantities, all served with a smile. We really enjoyed the green space for the older children to play soccer and basketball. It was very clean and spacious and had a good breakfast. The staff was absolutele helpful, very nice comfortable and big rooms with beautiful design, quite area close to the Luara major castels. Our room was superb and the breakfast excellent !. Facilities Breakfast Decor. Everything is excellent!. I can't speak for other English speaking travellers - but the name of the place is really hard to pronounce and to remember! Perhaps a simpler name would keep the place in your memory longer?. the room got quite hot as there were 3 adults and 1 baby but I'm nit picking, this wouldnt deter us from booking again. Far from restaurants. Dinner was a challenge, as the only nearby location open was a pizza shop with to go only. The fact that we could only stay for one night!!. The breakfast was French, not continental. nothing. Perhaps I was unfortunate but at the restaurant my hosts recommended to me, 'La Boite Asperges' in a nearby village, I was rather coldly informed that, as I had not made a booking, no table was available to me. I did manage to find a very second rate meal at a rather run down establishment opposite the Chateau. A bit far from any sightseeing spot. there was nothing we did not like.
