The room was simply furnished and comfortable, the bed excellent, and the WiFi worked! The wine bar is outstanding, with a good selection of local wines at very reasonable prices and a good ambience. Very friendly owner and pleasant ambience in the hotel. Location, next to the motorway was very convenient and due to excellent insulation not at all noisy. Décor was tasteful and hotel was set in a nice garden.

We had stayed in the Claude Darroze hotel @20 years ago, and had one of our most memorable meals, sitting outside in their patio, under the Plane trees.
Although the hotel itself has been totally upgraded since then, it had not lost its personal touch and delicious food. -

Really friendly staff. Especially
the lady on reception when we arrived. She only spoke French.I am English and speak some Spanish with a little French. Still
no problem.We overcame any
language difficulty with humour.
