The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the room are excellent - lots of power sockets, excellent toiletries, availability of fresh fruit, wine, well stocked mini bar.
The hotel is right in the centre of Bordeaux.
The wine bar in the hotel is excellent as was the breakfast

L'Hôtel Particulier was a great place to stay in Bordeaux. It is located right near the Cathedral in the old quarter, extremely close to restaurants and shopping. Lovely hotel - mixing old world with modern (nouveau art) - very attractively done. Very large, well appointed room with a large sized bathroom and shower. Huge windows which had a peek-a-boo view of the cathedral. Although breakfast was extra, it was well worth it. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Certainly had all the extra touches for the price.

Located very close to station and trams. Immaculately clean, very pleasant bilingual staff, breakfast in bed and a well stocked mini bar, everything we needed for our one night stay. - Staff was supremely helpful. Room impeccably clean and neat. There was nothing we could have asked for that would have been better suited to our needs.

Brand new facility having all items in the room (microwave, small fridge, electric stove, relevant kitchen utensils, glasses, wine opener etc.). The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is located near a huge supe3rmarket if you wnat to eat in your apartment, aned near a comprehensive range of cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out. Great find!

I love this hotel stayed twice now, and it is very good, also they have free parking that is good for me, would stay again and again very clean and comfortable, the staff are very freindly and called us a taxi as it was raining and we didnt want to wak into the center that is only a 10 min walk, do not go though to the Indian restuarnat called Taj
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » mahal, that is a horrid place the food was cold - Reasonable price, good location (5 min by foot from the walking district), friendly English speaking staff, clean room and bathroom and efficient cleaning service, free WLAN (great!), comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast good in French standards (although not included in the price). Overall, I liked my stay very much. In quality the place corresponds to ***+/**** hotels.

We were on a long journey, and this hotel, is ideally placed near to the ring road but is also in a pleasant location. Good parking at the side of the hotel at no extra cost. Good range of breakfast foods. -
We have found Ibis to be consistently clean and comfortable.

A very good stop over place for us, and very reasonable deal - The staff provided execellent service. We checked in very late but were able to get dinner after their kitchen was closed.

The room is clean and located centrally. It is right next to Tauzia tram station and a few minutes away from Gare St. Jean main train station, both pretty much get you to anywhere in Bordeaux and around. -
This hotel was most adequate. We enjoyed our stay and all was fine. We only stayed the one night.

Hotel was very stylish. Room was excellent, very modern and a good size, lovely bathroom. Good location opposite the busy quayside. Easy access to the tram which takes only a few mins to get into town. Lots of car parking nearby if the small hotel car park is full. Would certainly book again. -
