Villa Vent D'Bout could have been easily 5 star hotel. The environment, the facilities, the warm welcome was just excellent. So unexpectedly lovely - the converted attic/loft had ample space for four, very comfortable beds for everyone (no horrid sofa beds here), a big fridge, efficient a/c, a lovely little lounge to relax in, and a delicious and pleasant breakfast to boot. I thought that the loft was utterly charming - stylish, really comfortable and very well thought through. We loved that it was self-contained - we could relax with a glass of wine in the sitting room while our sons slept next door. There is a park across the road with a children's play area, which was perfect for letting off steam the following morning! We came as part of a two day trip to exlore Wissant, the surrounding area and to do some shopping. Thorughly recommend it and will be back.

The hotel was very easy to find. Just popped address into Satnav and we
were there within about 5 mins. You couldn't ask for a more central
location really. A very small walk and we were in the middle of Calais,

I have stayed here when it was the Bonsai which was cheap and cheerful and this continues to be the case. The bedrooms appear to have befitted from a face-lift. The reception was welcoming and helpful and unlike other budget hotels appeared to be on duty quite late at night. As the name suggests it's right next to the station so handy for foot passengers. There is a Carrefour just over the road and many bars and restaurants close by. The town centre is 5 minutes walk. Free wi-fi in the room. Pl

Much more of an experience than a simple hotel stay. My wife and I
stayed in the Agadir room and felt we could have been there. The
Moroccan music, furnishings and design were all so authentic. The
attention to detail was amazing, even the breakfast table settings were

I love this hotel, and their staff. Everyone is super helpful and the
rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are superb with a walk-in
shower, and the standard of cleanliness is excellent. I love the area
given over for breakfast, and any small pastries left over from
breakfast are put on a trolley in reception with a kettle and teabags
and coffe, and guests can help themselves for free during the day. It is
excellent.
