The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Tout le monde a ete tres gentil a nous - un grandmerci a tous.

This is an original Art Deco style hotel with loads of character. The room was small but comfortable with the bonus of a large balcony window opening out over the courtyard.

The location is within easy walking distance of the main sights. The entrance is a little unusual as it is up a passageway between two restaurants, although there are signs. Wifi was dodgy in our room (top floor) but OK downstairs. Car parking is in an underground carpark which is entered just up the street from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside on the street but we thought the best was immediately on the right as you leave the passage (cant remember the name)

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. We will definitely stay there again and hopefully one day see more of Reims. - good hotel parking , central locat

Excellent amenities and location - reasonable walking distance from train. - Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and bright. It was also very quiet at night. Bed was deliciously comfortable.

It's in an excellent position, right in the centre of Reims, with a secure car park almost next door. The staff were all helpful and friendly, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and generous, with good barista coffee. For the price, we were more than happy. -

Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. The apartment was very clean, well presented and contemporary in design. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable. Reims was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the streets and visiting the cathedral. We had a great meal recommended to us by Olivier in Cafe Forum.
