The hotel is typical IBIS - not a bad thing, not a good thing, just a fact. Personell is very friendly and is doing a good job and make you feel pleasant. Location is also pretty good - right near the train station and 10 min walking to the very center of town. WiFi worked well. -

It was wonderful staying close to the center of city life and to be in a hotel that while not luxury, was predictable - there were no surprises in terms of cleanliness, efficience and professionalism.

This is very good value for money. This hotel is very close to downtown Avignon, though not sure if it is walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and apperas to be undergoing renovations ..installing air conditioning. We enjoyed the hotel for our stopover in Avignon. -

Owner was great. Very accommodating and gave us all the details of the city and recommendations for restaurants etc. breakfast in the garden was great. Short walk to main train station, and can take no. 10. Then no. 6 bus if arriving at TGV station to Le Tunnel stop and is short walk from there. City a 3 min walk and was nice to be outside city wa

phillip norma and staff, the beautiful old building. breakfast was excellent. complimentary bottle of wine, location (proximity to the station and the city) serene sitting garden, the room, good grasp of english, wifi, well priced. i checked budget friendly for "which of the following best describes" but the hotel is so much more that budget friendly!
