The location of the hotel is awesome, in front of the square just steps from Palace of Popes. The bed was the best we stayed when in France (Paris, Avignon and Nice), very clean and roomy enough (think this is Europe). The staff was very friendly and with lots of recommended places to go out to eat. Friendly and helpful staff, a very comfortable bed, a very good and efficient shower, a thoroughly satisfactory breakfast. Above all a superb situation right in the middle of Avignon round the corner from the papal palace and close to other sights.
όλα τα σχόλια » It's conveniently located in 'Place de l'Horloge' (Clock's Square), which is the heart of the city in the night, and also a few steps to Palais du Papes, the main attraction of the city. Staff is very attentive and helpful. The English-speaking receptionist was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she has long dark hair and usually worked afternoons/evening. She helped make our stay delightful!. It was a very nice room, very clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was awesome! The people working there were very friendly and helpful. It was right near lots of food and very close to the popes palace. Splendid location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Kettle in the room. Efficient air conditioning (which we appreciated a lot because our stay was on extremely hot days!). Nicely appointed room, duvet (which made the sleep slightly warm, pleasant breakfast available, (variety in items, not over done) right near the Palais des Papes. The staff were all very friendly the bed was very comfortable in fact it was perfect. The location was great close to the Papal palace, shopping and restaurants. In the very centre of town. The hallways to access the rooms were very narrow, the suitcases barely got on them, but again, we're in Europe. They charge additional 8 Euro for buffet breakfast which could be included in the rate. There was nothing to dislike actively. But prospective guests should be aware that room decor is fairly basic and austere. Our room on the 4th floor had a rather noisy air conditioning system and a view of shabby back walls. The whole hotel is very compact and at times one felt a bit confined. But its advantages make it good value for money. Slippery bathtub with no grab bar. Slide-proof strips on the bottom would have been very helpful Also, an in-room safe would have been appreciated. I didn't have any complaints!. 10 m2 means that the room is REALLY very small. This is included in the price, though... Rather basic breakfast. small but ok. There was nothing I didn't like. A lobby area to sit in would have been nice. The door to the room was not big enough to fit our pram through. The room was rather small. The lift also is very small and we only just managed to fit the pram in it after shortening our handle. No lounge, bar or other social space, finishings and fittings are basic.Wouldn't stay there for more than a night or two. should have ramp for loading/unloading luggage to elevator. Problem at the exit and entrance to the hotel late at night and early morning as locking the front door and not always receptionist at reception so we had to wait a few minutes. The elevator is very small. Room on small side, but adequate. The location is terrible if you have big cases it is 300 m over cobbles Pack light!. a bit noisy as the room looked out of the square, simple breakfast. The heating unit was impossible to adjust. The shower did not have a shelf or stand for shampoo and soup. Outdated bathroom smelly. Breakfast was expensive. Rooms were very small - too small for two people. go outside for breakfast..you will get better and cheaper in within 100 meters anywhere. little small room. but anyway very clean, good for the price. Very small room. It is impossible to drive to the front door and the nearest parking is 5 minutes walking. There were nobody on the reception at 23pm,the door was locked and the ring was not working properly - we have been waiting for 15 minutes when at last a lady came and let us come in without any excuses. The room was very small. The room and bed was extremely small for a couple. only when I got out of my room I could find the wifi,and it was not fast. The room is too small to be a 3-star hotel.
