Excellent staff. Fantastic central location adjacent to the cathedral & within a few minutes of restaurants. Characterful building and well presented rooms with small courtyard patio. Parking (9eu/24hrs) in square within 200m walk, access road to hotel was easy to use to drop off & pick up bags. Hotel is great value for money. This was excellent acommodation for the price. The room was very private and beautifully decorated and furnished. The room was also very spacious. Free wi-fi access was a bonus. Very clean - beautiful bedding and extra pillows available in wardrobe. Perfect location!.

We were delayed at the tunnel and arrived late so it was reassuring to be given instructions on how to get in and obtain keys etc. Also english speaking contact brilliant!. Excellent location, central but quiet; reasonable cost; friendly staff; good breakfast at reasonable price (free for kids); reasonable level of comfort for the price and location. Design room in a period building. NIce view from window, quiet street close to cathedral. Fantastic African bar in area where receptionist recommended to us. The location, the cathedral, the close proximity of the Car Park at 9euros per 24 hours and the spacious room with a bath en suite. beautiful and spacious room. Beautiful and convenient location. very pleasant staff. clean rooms. very good breakfast. great old buildings just steps from the biggest Cathedral in france and very close the the big xmas market. It was in a fantastic location. Very comfortable bed. It is a beautiful old property with spacious rooms. Location is excellent and convenient. Top location, next to the cathedral!. Convenient for the major sites. Room was large and warm. Nothing. It is possible that the good price reflects the fact that you need to pay on top of this for public parking and carry bags from car park to the hotel. We are a mature couple and didn't like this. However, we would definately stay here again! There is free parking at the Cathedral on a Sunday night. Most Restaurants are closed in the evening on a Sunday - disasterous if unprepared for this. No Parking was a problem as we had to park quite a way from the hotel and leave most of our bags and things on show. Lack of car parking. All good. The extensive research work to find an access route to the Car Park was essential because most of the minor roads in the city are Oneway. no real lobby where you can sit and chat with friends. had to buy a bar of soap.....should be included in a 3 stars hotel. parking is not at hotel so had to juggle that but no real problem. No complaints at all. No elevator. Parking offsite. A little hard to find. it was hard to find a parking spot on a friday evening. We went for breakfast at 8.20am and there was nothing left - no tables or food, so walked out and went elsewhere. The breakfast was poor with food containers not being replenished and everything being whipped away at 9.31am.
