  This hotel was chosen because it was close to the airport. We turned our rental car in the day before and had an early flight to catch then next morning. We (3) ladies had no problem walking to the airport directly across the street via a special passageway that went under the Main Street. The room was clean....no extras! One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.   I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room. Room is place just to rest head.

  We stayed at Belle Epoque appartment. First of all, owners are very friendly and pleasent people. Appartment is renowated recently, well equiped, The house itself is located in a private yard with plenty of trees.There are still some works to do in exterior, but it does not spoil your feeling to be at a cozy and safe place. Weliked also the location of the Villa, near to the beach, to some supermarkets, to the bus stations. Our appartment was fully equipped. Everything was comfortable. The next time we will stay here.
