I'm impressed for the kindness and friendly attitude of staffs. They are happy to give any help for you. And lounge and kitchen are easy to use and have communication with other tourists. The location is also good and can reach there by #4 Tram. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and reasonably quiet considering there is a tram line right outside the building. Loved the free tea and coffee, was very nice to come back from a busy day and sit down for a hot drink.
όλα τα σχόλια » The hostel is situated not so far from the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English. All necessary information about the city could be found at the receiption desk. The atmoshere is friendly and comfortable. Reception staff (esp the young blonde lady) was great. She was very kind and even washed our breakfast dishes. Wifi is stable, place is clean and close to town. Also close to the vikingline ship - great if you are going to Estonia. Very friendly staff. Two blocks away from the Viking line if you are sailing into Helsinki, brilliant. Tram stop just a few meters up the road. Our room with 3 beds was very nice and comfortable. We were tired after a day of walking by foot, and our sleep in this Hostel was awesome. We liked, how clean was hostel, and how friendly staff was. And design is very nice. Position, vey close to city center and near tram stop. Flexibility in check-in: we arrived in middle of the night and thanks to the instructions we had no problems checking in the hostel Kitchen and free internet. Hostel is very clean, including public room which is connected to kitchen. Staff is friendly. You can leave your car at the parking lot for several extra hours after check in, and that is free of charge. 1) Location - 20 min from Helsinki Railway station, 10 min from the most interesting tourist's object. 2) Free tea and coffee. 3) Friendly staff (we arriwed early, but they gave clean rooms for us). + Free parking in the yard is a big plus + Good wi-fi connection in all areas + Great location in the city center. It was clean and we had a separate room with 4beds which was great. good location, nice stuff, full kitchen. Good location, helpful staff. location staff apartment. I wish there were more shower rooms. Only one shower - wasn't an issue for us though. It was strange to see somebody's clothes in the shower room. Somethimes one toilet and one shower wasn't enough) But just somethimes. May be high price for hostel Only one shower No locer or any other space for clothes. You can not get to the hotel before 10 am and after 10 pm, the phone also do not respond at this time. Nothing. WiFi is available only in public areas, one bathroom for all tourists. only two toilets for the whole floor. For a few-day trip everything is good. It was cold in room (09-11 may 2013) and very bad sound insulation between rooms, so we've heard everything that happens in nearby rooms. Overall nice hostel but only one shower for all the guests could mean long queues. After night at hotel I saw some red spots on my skin (I think, it was incect). - Only one shower for all guests - Open kitchen (which is connected with the lobby and reception). It was kind of Weird that there wasn't anyone to check us in or out. Kitchen was nice but I think you had to bring your own breakfast and coffee so we did not stay. Never got the Internet to work which would have helped us with navigation. room was very basic, but clean. WIFI did not work. Avoid room No.1. The door lock is in very bad condition and was hard to open. Reception works till 20.00 and you could spend night in the TV room. Only one WC and bathroom for whole hostel. only one shower.
