Beautiful place with large pond, forest and rocks around. Very peaceful and quite place. A hill for snowboarding and skiing in 10 minutes walk as well as huge water park Serena. Unfortunately park works very rare - check the schedule in advance. Morning and evening sauna with small swimming pool and exit to the pond are significant benefit.

We were staying at the hotel during the 1st of May up to 3d of May. We enjoyed it very much especially scenery around it and water procedures inside the hotel. The hotel is well equipped and decorated with beautiful design. The service and food were excellent. I recommend this hotel who is going to have rest. Natalia from Russia. The area is very nice. The hotel is located in a very big green land, close to skiing area. Obviously it can be an advantage for silence and nature, but also a disadvantage for those who don't have a car. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good if you like nordic style. Quiet location very close to Serena AquaPark. Decent breakfasts, good value for their price. Nice surroundings with a walking path around the lake. Rooms were clean, well air-conditioned. Good WiFi connection speed and beautiful playing room for children. The hotel was nice. It was easy to find it without navigator because it is situated near "Ring III". It takes about 20 minutes to airport "Vantaa". The breakfast was fool and has gluten-free foodstuffs. Nice hotel very near to aqua park Serena, mini golf facilities, good restaurant, sauna with the pool on the cost of lake, so guests can swim in the open lake after taking sauna. The lake beside the hotel is really relaxing. Morning sun and midnight sunset. The overall experience is good. It's about 30 mins drive to Nuuksio national park. Location of hotel is convenient, if you have a car. You are surrounded by nature, pond . Pleasant staff, room is clean , good Breakfast. Good location in the forest, straight on the lake. Owners have to decide to extend it immediate. - weak Wi-Fi can't carry out all guests at the time. Very often disconnects. Upgrade is needed. - Russian channels on TV is highly appreciated. Breakfast with few sweet food, more nordic style. When I staid there (october 2013) despite I arrived late in the night they gave me a room just under very noisy works on the roof. I have been waked up by hammering and drilling at 7AM. Make sure those works are finished or ask room away from that part of the hotel. Be careful that the hotel is far away form the city and no public transportation are available. Very far from everything else except Serena. If you don't have your own car, it will take you almost one hour to get by bus to the center of Helsinki, Espoo or any other place with a better selection of restaurants and clubs. In the hotel itself lunches are served only if there is a meeting or conference, otherwise you'll have to eat cold sandwiches or find another eating place. Our room was near to sauna so we can hear when the door open/close but after 9 pm it was ok. If you choose this hotel you should remember what the shops are in a long distance from here. And better you to drive there. There is not any fridge in the room. Unfortunately, in front of the hotel, a silo was placed with an auger that transports pellets to the pellets burner (i think). Started each half hour, and not quiet. Ask for a room that is at some distance from the silo!. nothing. Internet really doesn't work- absolutely unstable even in reception area- in room there are no internet at all. Not so good service. Hot water for tea is only in reception and not for free- 20 cents for cup. Room 357 has a broken part of the plant air supply, because of what it was a bit noisy. pasta and salad (a la carte). Didn't notice such things. No fridge in rooms. a room without refrigerator a bath without brush, tooth paste, comb and shampoo a room without slippery Far from the city center. slightly leaking shower, absence of napkins at the breakfast. That it is not possible to control the temp in the room. nothing. Very slow internet. There is no market nearby. Commute to city takes time. WIFI didn't work properly. weather. Our neighbour country visitors keep us every night a wake. They let their dogs run free all over the hotel. the corridors are very old and they say they are revamping it, very much needed. - family room was too small; - we had separated beds, and it was impossible to joint them close, because of matresses. - pool and saunas was open only in the morning and evening. loose our reservation slow wi-fi. price, reception, air conditioning, lack of bedclothes for child. needs renovation. Very poor menu in the restaurant. Espesially for little children. That internet was broken, and no one informed me by email or sms. Also when I arrived personnel mentioned that tomorrow I can get discount, because I hotel which has internet. But in the morning front desk manager didn't gave any discounts. Absolutely no air in room ! And the only window, which was possible to open was too small ! Another problem was Wi-Fi... I could only access it early mornings or after 10 p.m. Not good. Other than that - ok !. When we ask by phone when the dinner is they said that it is from 05.00 pm. IWe called in friday but we arrived on saturday. Oktoberfest menu didn't include Bratwurst sausages. When I read menu I taught that includes too. bad cleaning.
