  The Motel is located in 5 minutes walk from metro station. That's its main advantage. The staff doesn't speak English well, but they do all their best to understand you and help in any question. It is convenient for the metro and an easy quick journey to the city centre while motorists have good parking and can easily see the motel from the road in either direction. Finally I get a great evening meal in the restaurant by the hotel, ie in the same building but separate entrance.
