The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

My friends recommended as they stay there regularly, the hotel has been recently reconstructed and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Staff was friendly and very helpful. - superb location; clean, modern room, nice staff

The central location is ideal (easy access to shops and visiting areas, quiet). - This hotel was perfect! the hotel is new ,very central location, room fantastic, you even can have champagne for breakfast eveyday. If you want a happy wife take her here .

Absolutely perfect, staff very nice and helpful, excellent breakfast + suprise at our arrival : we have been upgraded to a kind of junior suite while we have booked only a superior room, soooooo cool. Definitely the place to stay in Praha. -

My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The hotel is located near many of the sites in Prague that travelers

I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

Opposite the shuttle bus stop that brings you/takes you to the
airport, next to a large supermarket, very near the metro, very
comfortable beds, tea/coffe facilities provided with large mugs,
bathrobe, slippers. Possibility to open the bedroom window for some
fresh air. Excellent choice for a stop in Prague -

Best 10+ - Everything. Great situation in the old square, friendly, helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. We had a junior suite which was lovely, with a bay window overlooking the square and Astronomical clock. Breakfast was buffet style, and beautifully presented, with a good range of foods on offer, both hot and cold. A beautiful hotel

Η σχεση τιμής και παροχής υπηρεσιων παρα πολύ καλή - πολυ καλο το ξενοδοχειο αντιμετωπισαμε προβλημα οταν ειπαμε στηνρεσεψιον να μασ καλεσει ενα ταξι και πληρωσαμε το τριπλασιο τησ τιμησγια την συγκεκριμενη διαδρομη.

The staff was very helpful. - The staff were efficient, the room was beautiful. The view: spectacular! I highly reccomend! I booked this hotel on account of it's location in the old city centre and was surprized to find the hotel as admirable as the city itself, adding to our overall experience.
