The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk.
We exactly will be stay in this hotel in next trip to Praha!

The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle. Spa and Wellness centrewas outstanding and again unique.

Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The massage therapist was VERY helpful with my injured back. The swimming pool was not

Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

Yes, everything was excelent. The location is lovely, only 6 metrostations from down town, but was very convenient because the metrostations is under hotel, so you don not have to get out and search forit. The location is excellent, walking distance to just about everything. Good restaurants, sight-seeing (the astronomical clock) shopping, metro and on-again/off again bus.
The hotel breakfast is also a wonderful way to start the day, as it a complete breakfast with lots to choice from. -
