I dropped money that I exchanged in the lobby- and on my return to the hotel- they held it for me and returned it. That alone was very impressive. Staff very knowledgeable and booked everything. Fantastic shower.

  The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. The bathroom was immaculate, probably recently refurbished. Breakfast is pret - Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well. For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too. Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.
