  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent.   We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.

  The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!. Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
