We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!. The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel.
Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage,
courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini
suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary
facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the
kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars &

Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.
