The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics. Truly an excellent value for the money! -

The Batur family was quiet helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was clean and well kept. Bus stop is nearby - 5-10 mins walk. A further 10-15 mins bus ride to the old city. Bus is also frequent. a local shop is nearby. lot of restuarants nearby to spend a nice lovely evening. Locality was nice. Overall a good experience

We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. And, we had the remaining three dinners there as well even though ít was a 10 minute ride from Zadar. Fantastic place - Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. The restaurant was excellent.

Good breakfast - cheese, ham, egg, jam, nice bread. Helpful owners - they accept euros or kuna or both. Quiet location, only 5 mins to good restaurant, 10 to beach. Easy buses to town. Only used taxi once (from airport 200 kuna).

Room extraordinary. Very very clean. TV and wifi to work very well. Parking at the door. The only thing is that is far from the city center, but Marko the owner very friendly, recommended to take a taxi (40 Kn - 6 euros) and called us a cab. Highly recommended. -

We loved everything about this hotel. We had a two bed appartment with a lovely patio and sea view. Breakfast was very good. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. To get to town was a 10 min walk to a pier then we were ferried across the harbour in a row boat for a couple of euros ( for all 5 Of us) -

The staff were very helpful, particularly in booking us a taxi to the airport and letting us go in the pool before our room was ready when we arrived early.

A good place to stay for a couple of nights, nothing too fancy. It is located close to the highway and keeps you away from the downtown traffic. Few minutes away from the old town by a car. A taxi costs 40 kuna per direction, which is like 5 euro.
Rooms are clean, quiet and well equiped.
Breakfast is fine and the restaurant itself offers good qual

Modern and spacious rooms, half of them facing the sea. Clean. Easy to find (on the main road to Rijeka). Very good breakfast. Excellent restaurant, specializing on grill (very good lamb on spit).

I was very pleased that as soon as I have booked the room I received a greeting email from the individual renting the room and giving me full and easy steps instructions to follow on how to find the location and as well he offered even at a very cheap price to come pick us up at airport!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place

All was ok, very good comunication, our room and other space in apartment was very clean, easy furnitured, but comfortable. Even at night it was calm place, not so much disturb sound from pedestrian street under the window.

The room was fine.
The breakfast good not great.
The location quiet and safe, although hard to find as all we had was a map. We walked to town for dinner and got rowed across the water as per advised. Thrilling. Zadar has more to offer than meets the eye, Check out the glass museum.

Villa Julian has it all and I give them the warmest recommendations. Dario and Andreana together with their smiley staff makes you feel welcome yet gives you full privacy. The room was spotless and romantic with a sea view. It takes about 10min to the local beach and restaurant strip, and 30min to Zadar's charmng Old Town. It is a safe and tidy area and I wouldn't have wanted to stay any closer to town. All in all, very impressed.

Room was excellent. Quiet though the cafes might be a little loud late on weekends (we were there during week). Wonderful location. Solid bathroom (little details made it great - good fixtures, shampoo/conditioner/bar soap, etc.). Comfortable room with safe.
