We had an excellent stay in Apartment 72. We were given a lovely welcome with lots of great tips of how to spend our short stay in Zadar. An early morning taxi to the airport was arranged without any hassle. The apartment itself was a very spacious modern design and spotlessly clean. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through but would have happily stayed longer. The owner Andrej was very hospitable, sitting down later in the evening to share a beer (on the house) with us and chat . όλα τα σχόλια »
The arpartment was very nice and clean and had everything we needed, and it was close to everything all the shops, cafés and bars. The owner was very nice too, very friendly and helpfull, he also introduce us to all his staff, they were great too. We felt very welcomed at the place. The owner had a bar under the arpartment, which was nice to hang out in the night, and we couldn't hear noise from the bar when we were in our apartment.

The hosts Andrej and Maria were extremely welcoming. The apartment is in the heart of the old town above the oldest bar in Zadar, which was opened by Andrej's father 40 years ago. The apartment is very modern and clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in for all of our travel through Croatia and Italy. We flew from London to Zadar because of cheap flights and only stayed 1 night, but wished we could have stayed at least another. Old town Zadar is beautiful - the streets are s.
The welcome from the owners of the appartment. Right from the start and until the end of our stay, they give us advice about activities, helped booked tours and taxis, recommended good restaurants etc.
The appartment itself was also very nice, as a plus it includes wi-fi and satellite tv, as well as a small fridge, which all came in handy for us.
In short, can highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cheap, good appartment in the centre of Zadar, where there is a very good atmosphere.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights to relax before meeting friends in pag, and fell in love with zadar. the apartment is in the Perfect location, plenty of choice for restaurants, 5 min walk to a beach, 5 min walk to tourist attractions, all in a really pretty old town. All the staff were so helpful in telling us where to go. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Zadar for the first time.
Everything was brilliant, the staff and owners were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The apartments were very clean, newly refurbished and modern. We read some reviews about noise as it is above a bar,but once you close the shutters and double glazed windows you cant hear a sound.
We will definately go back there, everything was perfect, 10 out of 10, i would recommend it to anyone.
The room was extremely clean, spacious and well-equiped (kitchen, aircon, good Wifi, TV...) The location is great.
You can find Andrej or his mother every day in their bar downstairs and they are very nice and helpful. They were very concerned with our comfort. They gave us many informations about Zadar and its surroundings.
The staff was incredibly helpful. When we had trouble finding a market open late in the old city, the owner came by after picking up a few supplies. The third floor apartment was scrupulously clean and had everything we needed. Even though it was above a bar, the sound-proof windows kept out all the noise.
We had the oppurtinity to stay both at a room and a studio, both were exellent. A fantastic family owned place, location perfect with walking distance to everything. We would stay here again and strongly recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic staff. They were also making sure we had all we needed at all times, and they were so nice and friendly! I am highly recomending the apartments. The location was excelent aswell, in the old part of town. noisy outside, but when you shut the windows you dont hear anything from outside.
The staff is very kind and helpful. he(son of boss) is very friendly and even provided a glass of wine at night. he is a good-natured person. The location is great. The room is very comfortable and clean.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.
The bathroom is squeezed into an odd space and is quite small but adequate for one person at a time. The street door requires a key to exit, which could be dangerous in an emergency. Ask for an extra key if someone will be staying in the apartment alone.
