Located in the centre of Split, Villa Manuš is 250 metres from the North Town Gate leading to the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace. It offers free Wi-Fi and self-catering accommodation decorated in modern style. The well-known Bačvice beach is a 15-minute walk away. Housed in a traditional stone building, all accommodation units were renovated in 2012. Each is air-conditioned and features a terrace or a patio and a fully equipped kitchen or a kitchenette with a dining area. Hydro-massage shower is at guests’ disposal in the bathroom. The nearest grocery store is 100 metres away, while a green market can be reached within 300 metres. Guests can easily explore Splits’ vibrant centre with numerous historic sites or enjoy local restaurants and bars. The Main Bus and Train Station, as well as a ferry port are 650 metres from the Villa Manuš. Split Airport is at a distance of 25 km and shuttle service is available at surcharge

The apartment was conveniently located a five minute walk from the Diocletian's Palace on a quiet narrow street. Josko, your host, is wonderful and attentive and will do what he can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Though a ground level apartment that didn't allow a whole lot of sunshine in, it meant that the apartment was nice and cool for sleeping, and there is an outdoor patio area you can sit on to dine al fresco or enjoy a glass of wine.
όλα τα σχόλια » Spent two nights here in between visiting Hvar and inland Croatia. Located less than 5 minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace, the apartment was a tranquil oasis tucked away in a backstreet. It was very well maintained and had all the facilities for self catering. Goran who looks after the place was very friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay there again if visiting Split. - Great location: 3 minute walk to Diocletian's palace, yet in a fairly quiet street - Excellent air conditioning unit (makes the room very cool quickly - not on a timer so allow for continuous use). - Free / fast internet access, perfect for video/streaming - Very clean room/shower, brand new, modern and tasteful interior design. The flat is ideally situated at 5 min walk from the city center. It is well decorated and has a nice terrasse. I recommend to stay a few days because there is a little kitchen and the price includes the fact that it is a flat and not an hotel. Great location for old city of Split, owner was fantastic and so helpful and really made sure we were well looked after. The accommodation was comfortable and very clean. Will recommend. Excellent location for the Diocletian Palace. Best restaurant we found in Croatia is a mere 30 second walk away. Friendly owner. Would book with them again :). spacious apartment, very clean with a two minute walk to the town centre (and i mean two minutes). Great location, clean and has air conditioning. Close to major attractions in Split. Location. Five minute walk to old city. Lovely little apartment with all possible facilities; good location; helpful staff. There is a great place to eat just outside that everyone should try!. Only minor issue was the lack of air con in the bedroom (only had it in the living room), not much of a problem because it was quite cool anyway. - Payment for the room can only be made by cash so plan ahead - Kitchen has no microwave oven but not a major issue as grocery stores in Croatia did not sell much frozen/prepared food. The fact that we couldn't split the bed in the lounge was a pain in the backside but everything else was just fine. Neighborhood is not beautiful. we liked everything about this appartment. Very small rooms. Bedroom and lounge all one room with no armchairs etc. Bathroom had a serious mildew problem - the smell was quite overwhelming, in spite of leaving exhaust fan on and door open. Lots of mould in the shower cabinet. The view is not the best and the location could be a bit better but still it is close to the center or the city.
