Location was excellent, there was only 2-5 minute walk to center of split. There were also good restaurants near apartment and area was nice. Lady who owned the apartment was very friendly and helpful and she speeks good english as well. Room was clean and nice, bathroom and kitchen functional, even the kitchen was quite narrow. If I travell Split again I would stay Stipan apartment again.
όλα τα σχόλια » Very close to the main promenade/restaurants/street shopping/port. Enroute is a very handy internet cafe. Felt very safe. Both train and main bus station are only 10-15 minutes away. Information office is also near by. Owner lives next door and is very open to suggestions to improve apartment. Very good location - steps from the city center, habour and bus station. The room was exactly as on the pictures. The facilities were simple but good, very clean. Our host was the nicest lady every! She spoke excellent English, friendly, helpful and funny. We would definitely stay here again. Friendly and well-eaducated, clean and just a few blocks away from everything. Calm and at the same time close to restaurants, night life and port. Mirja was just so nice and offered a service oriented approach. Perfect place to enjoy and visit offering good services around if you are alone. Good Wifi - very fast. Plenty of shampoo and shower gel provided. Coffee and tea also provided. We got a discounted rate of €30 (presumably due to limited demand for rooms mid-week in September). Conveniently close to main tourist area. Good location, only 10mins walk from the centre of split (maybe 20mins walk from the Bus station and port though). Owner was friendly and everything was as it should be!. good location close to the main street and good to do sigthseeing. there was coffe or tea in our bedroom and private entrace. Only minus was that window of our first floor room was near the street so voices from street were loud, but it didn´t disturb us that much. This old part of the city is very noisy even though it's mainly people walking and motorcycles as few cars are small enough to get to this area. The apartment is quite small, but if you don't require a lot of space, it's "doable". none. Was a little difficult to get to at first and bed was not a twin bed but 2 little beds put together. That did not stop me from getting a good rest though. Walls may be a little thin hence I could listen to conversations in the apartment next door. Shower drain was a little blocked, the bedroom lights flickered occasionally, loose socket for one of bedside lamps and the fridge was a little loud. Dificult to find. We only stayed for one night because we were unable to arrive in time for our ferry connections to Hvar, so we weren't there long enough to find anything we disliked. Everything good. No access by car, no parking at all in the proximity. Difficult to find, as there was no name on apartments. The room was a bit small but still quite good. No parking anywhere near. Nothing to say!. The house owner started making noise at 6am in the morning just outside our window!. We weren't given an introduction on the city on arrival, the room wasn't even done. Our first impression wasn't the best. The room is a bit dark and the bed not very comfy. No wi-fi, uncomfortable beds.
