Super friendly and helpful owner. Helped us with parking and showed us some places worth visiting. He provided us with a map full of hints for sightseeing and restaurants.
Room was comfortable and clean.
The location is great - just 3 minutes walk for the old town.

Leaving the car near the apartments is quite a problem.
No hot water in kitchen. No outside space. Wifi failed. No coffee maker - a simple plastic funnel version would have done.
shower was a little small, otherwise everything was good.
