Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities. I will visit stay at the Authentic Luxury Rooms again during my next visit to Split. -

Nice big rooms, loved the sweet sherry with chocolates, Emilia is very friendly and helps out with recommendations etc, views from room are spectacular, terrace where breakfast is served is great. We found it quiet even though you are on a well traveled road. -

First off, we were greeted by Mario who also works at the Villa Kaleta restaurant. When we arrived, were greeted by the members of the restaurant staff who saw us to our room (even carried my bag!), told us about the room and the area, told us about the 10% discount if we paid for the room in cash and the 10% discount at the restaurant. The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.
But the most worth of the stay is facility and Boban restaurant - we stayed in the penthouse - beautiful rooms with amazing, spacious terrase. Cleaned every day. And breakfast was just deliciou

these newly built rooms located in a historic old apartment in the middle of split old town is ideal for these who want to be in the center of the city, we stayed in king size bedroom, it all looks relaxed and nice, the room is on the 3rd floor , the owner was helpful & carried one of the luggage upstairs

The service was brilliant. We were upgraded when we arrived as we arrived before checkin and our room was being cleaned.
