Very clean, all looked new and in excellent condition. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen outside on large terrace/balcony with plenty of seating and a lovely view of the sea across to Hvar. A nice touch was the provision of salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar and their own olive oil. The owners met us off the catamaran and after a short walk drove us to the apartment which is well situated on the hill within easy walk of the town centre and the beach. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. Wonderful location close to the promenade and numerous restaurants. The best plus however and despite all the positive reviews was House Racic itself which exceeded our high expectations. I did like the quality and the luxury finition of the appartment.
It looked brand new, very clean. The appartment is like a home. I used the bike to go to the beach.
Perfect for a few days but also for a 2 weeks of vacation. The amazing view and terrasse outside. There is a supermarket at 50meters.

It a lovely modern flat, all you really need for a few days and we even cooked dinner for ourselves there the one night which was nice. The position is high up on the hill, so getting there is a bit of a mission if you don't have a car. we hired a scooter so was fine. the view is lovely as you look out to the ocean. The Supermarket is just down the road about 2 min walk away which is great.

The position of the villa was excellent, close to the harbour, beaches, restaurants and local facilities. There was a fantastic view over Postira from the balcony. The apartment owner was extremely friendly and welcoming and couldn't of been more helpful in showing us around the local area.

Where do I start..... From the owners texting us to find out our arrival time, so they could come and pick us up and take us to the Villa. On arrival we were greeted with some home made wine and a very relaxed approach to checking in and payment (which is refreshing after my experience of a lot of other countries.
