Lovely place to stay the family made us very welcome and very helpful even offered us cold beers both nights we were there. Very near the Piltvice Lakes which you can park free with a motorcycle.

We really enjoyed staying there. The owner met us at the bus stop, took us to the supermarket ( there aren't any shops in the villige). The house and the room are superb. Spacious, clean, very comfortable room with rhe balcony where you can enjoy the fantastic senery. Highly recommended. Really nice family live there.

Everything was excelent.
Good conection to Internet. Friendly staff.Clean and clean sheets and towels. The apartments looks very nice and very spacious. In the apartment for 6 could stay for sure 8 people. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the owner was friendly and welcoming, we decided that although the owner offered to cook for us, we would eat out at a nearby restaurant, it was nice, but the next night we decided to eat in the hotel, the food was absolutly fantastic, we told him what we liked, and he went to work on the most amazing meal, my advice would be eat in the hotel, the guy is a fantastic chef, if he wasnt around, he would just let us help ourselves to drinks, the hotel is bea

Staff (mum and dad) basic English but their sun speak good English.
Drove us to the nearest store for food, Korana (swimming) and Plitvice
Lakes National Park ( around 7:30) for free. There is a route to big

Such a warm welcome from the owner, who did absolutely everything to make us feel at home.
The house is very clean, and the rooms are very convenient, so is the big bathroom.
Breakfast is a good value and a great start for a day at Plitvice NP, which is located 5 minutes from the guesthouse.
Excellent value for money!

Absolutely everything!The rooms are beautiful,spacious.Gardens are so well kept.Staff are amazing & we had so much fun with Josko & his wife,he cooked us an amazing dinner & shared some lovely Rukija(honey brandy) with us. For young & old as my mom and her friend loved it too.We're in our late 20's and 30's. Close to the prettiest & biggest waterfall. Stunning value for money and beauty!!!

We loved our time in smoljanac. We had a warm welcome from our hosts. It was really easy to find and very close to beautiful plitvice lakes. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent value for money. It was a real treat to be able to swim in the river below the house and cool off after a very hot day walking round the lakes(& not being able to swim in the lakes!).

It was great, the haus is in the nature, very familiar, in a beautiful place, very calm and peaceful. We were a group of 7 people and we loved it, we could even use the grill for barbecure. I highly recommend this apartment to stay if you want to go to the lakes. However, it is better if you are by car, it might be a bit dificult if you're by bus

We stayed there one night and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, being close to Plitvice National Park.
We had a barbecue in the evening and the owner helped us to start the fire and he gave us everything that we needed (plates, flatware etc) for barbecue.
The rooms and bathroom were clean and we had an amazing view from our room.

We could leave our belongings in the room, before the ‘check in-time’.
That was very nice, because then we were able to go to the National Park ‘Plitvice’ immediately. There was free parking. It was a clean and nice room with WIFI. The view was marvelous. We could have our picnic in the beautiful garden.

I recommend this stay if you are travelling with your own car. Plitvice Lakes are just a few kilometres away. The apartment is nice and clean and the owners very kind and helpful.

The host Anna is very kind and attentive. She is always available to answer your questions for regional visits. We are happy with our 3 days in the apartment with kitchen. Actually Poljanak is a such good location (if you have a car) for visiting the Plitvice park. You can leave your car near the view point of the big water fall (just before the

Lovely staff!!!! We got very lost driving here and arrived just after midnight, two hours later than anticipated, and we were met by Ankica who was very understanding and accommodating. The room and bathroom was incredibly clean and the breakfast was tasty. She even gave us a great itinerary for our day in Plitvice National park. I would not hesitate in recommending her B&B.
