Hospitality, concern and great personal care of the Host. She was really there for us. She even gave us complimentary welcome drink when we asked about possibility of purchasing Crotian national liquour Rakija. When we mentioned breakfast she quickly, yet politely, offered us such option in reasonable price and made sure everything was there next

Comfortable apartment in a convenient and easy to find location in a village on the road to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. What really makes this place special is the friendly a d warn owner, Jelena, who welcomed me with a glass of šlivovice and some delicious homemade apple pie, which made me feel right at home, as did the enthusiastic welcome by the family dog.

We are very greatful to the owner of Ruhige Lage, because we arrived to Ruhige Lage 2:00 AM (we had problems with our cars), he was very friendly and didn't ask about any additional payment. All of the days, we were there, he was very helpfull. Apartment is very beatiful, nice, full kitchen equipment, with the nice view to the country side and large terrace.

We loved everything about the apartment. The owner and his family lives down stairs and the kids help the parents to settle us in. Marko, Gordana, Marija, Ivan and the littlel Mate made our stay wonderful. They are cozy i close. We were greeted with homemade cakes and delicious liquor. They made us feel at home whit old friends. They left a great memory. The installations perfect one bedroom, bathroom i private lounge, very clean. Outside are a perfect table picnic breakfast.Highly recommended!!!. As previous guests reported, Marijana was great! She served us fresh squeezed cherry juice from her orchard. Cherries happen to be a favorite of ours.
The accommodations were beyond spotless both inside and out. She had a great recommendation for a place to eat dinner. Coffee and groceries were just out the driveway.

The family who offers this were friendly but not intrusive. When we booked two nights at the last minute, they were responsive and helpful. Without a gps, we had to ask in town to find the place, but it was very close to the main road while still maintaining a country atmosphere. The rooms were clean, and easy to use, and had a pleasant farm atmosphere.

Ana and Peter are very friendly and hospitable. They didn’t speak much English, but we managed to communicate with them. The room was very clean. Wi-Fi works great. The house is only 10 minute drive to Plitvice Park, so that’s perfect if you want to get there early to avoid the crowds. There's a supermarket and several restaurants close by. -
