Only 300 metres from a pebbly beach, Apartments Novak is situated in the center of Novalja, a 5-minute walk away from the Main Street. Featuring free Wi-Fi and free covered parking, it offers apartments with a balcony. All apartments comprise air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite channels and a kitchen with a dining area. Each accommodation unit also has a private bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. Various shops and a restaurant are 100 metres away. The popular party beach of Zrće is at a distance of 3 km. Besides its many bars, it also provides bungee jumping and numerous water sports facilities. Novalja is know for its Roman remains and the ancient underground aqueduct from the 1st century. Another interesting sights are the Church of the Holy Mother of Ruzarija with is mosaicco and artefacts at the Stomorica Archeological Collection. Novalja Bus Station can be reached within 800 metres. The ancient city of Zadar is 75 km away. Zadar International Airport is 85 km from the Novak Apartments.

This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. The apartment was large, clean, and had that new smell. Everything in the apartment appeared to be new. The owner was always available for questions and suggestions. The location is perfect. You also h.
όλα τα σχόλια » Zlatko, the owner is a very nice person. Always ready to help you. The accomodation was SUPER, we except something nice, we got something AWESOME. Our vacation wouldn't be the same in another appartement. Everything we needed was at Vila Novak. Zlatko knows the island, gives you a lot of useful advice and things to do on the island. We didn't had much luck with the weather and it was not so crowded on the island, but Vila Novak is the top of the bill if it comes to appartments or stays in Noval. The pictures dont do it justice. Its a lot nicer than they suggest. Staff are excellent. the manager often went above and beyond his duties to accomodate our group. Absolute bargain too especially when you factor in the amazing sunset views from the penthouse appartments. That cas perfect. Very good location, near thé center and only 10 minutes by walk to the Beach. We spent a vert good Time thanks to the owner who is So Nice and helpful !!! 2 days were bot enought - you should stay at least 4 days to enjoy the place and do party !!!. Great experience at Vila Novak. Spacious, clean and modern apartments. Mr Novak is very helpful and informative. Couldn't do enough for us and was a really nice guy! Will definitely be staying here again! I recommend these apartments. A small offer of bars and places to party in Novalja. Zrce beach could be great in summer, but not in may or begin of june!!!. On the top floor AC is not very good, but beside that there is nothing negative. - Not able to bring guests. Not the cheapest accomodation, but certianly one of the nicest from what we saw. Expensive.
