I loved Apartments Familia for many reasons. The #1 reason were the owners Ankica and her husband. They picked us up at the bus station and helped us with our large suitcases - very hospitable and fun! Ankica was so welcoming, she answered all my correspondence, had her lovely husband collect us from the bus, gave us a bottle of her home made cherry brandy that was magnificent, and was available for any queries that we had. I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers. Minutes to restaurants and a very short stroll to the beach and markets.

Villa Makarana Apartments were very nice for the price.They welcomed us with ice cold lemonade on a very hot day and also we found on the table a local drink, i think višnja, very good cold.Free Wi-fi. Very spacious, with a balcony that looked out onto the Biokovo mountains - stunning. Easy access to beach and Makarska restaurants (we parked above the town opposite a school and a 10 minute walk). Parking can be very difficult in the town proper. Excellent WiFi and on site parking. A quiet area with a large supermarket nearby further up the hill.

location was great, in the old part of town.
Equipment was good and new - kitchen facilities nice and new.
Attention to details (candles etc, beach towels and mattresses available to the guest - female touch which makes it all nicer) -

Personal, location, room, suficient basic breakfast, only hot dish is omlet, coffe automat, nice view- we had seaside, not so loud. A lot of bars, restourants- you are in the middle of it. Beach is nice 5 min walk away, but very crowded! We went to Tučepi. -

The Apartment was very close to the beach and the town. The Internet was excellent. Danny spoke very good english and was most helpful. There was free parking outside the Apartment. -

That was our second time in Studia Lucic. We stayed at the apartmant with sea view. This view is magnificent. Location is very good. To the little closest beach you have only one minute walk. To the biggest beach in Makarska you have about 10-15 minutes walk. If you love night life and port atmosphere, this is the right place. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . I have a little note, but it was not a problem for us. If you are going to go to the beach, you have to go about 15 minutes to the large beach, because near the apartmant there is a small one. And, we wad to beautiful sea view but we booked a room withe the view.

This was without doubt one of the best if not the finest places we have stayed.The apartment had everything and I mean everything right down to a washer with powder included.The accommodation was immaculate...a lot of thought had gone into the place and we loved the kitchen area out on the veranda...we mixed and matched eating in and out as it was

The Villa was very clean, comfortable and furnished with everything one can need. I felt home like. The location was near the center, but you had to walk up a small hill - 100m max. But I liked that, as it keeps you in good shape, after dinner, or ice creams :-D

We were given help with our luggage, free drinks on arrival, use of owner's washing machine and iron when we chose to opt for the apartment without a washing machine, free transfer to the bus station when we left...

Perhaps the most helpful owners/staff we met on our whole trip. A family operation. Our room did not have much of a view but was in fact roomy with a roomy kitchen/dining area and a balcony. Bathroom was a bit tight, but acceptable, clean and modern. -

Great city, great place. Villa is located 200 meters from the beach, that's a 5 minute walk. There's nice bakery across the street. The apartement was adorable, tidy and clean. Our hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. She was happy to help with any enquiries and pointed out the local bakery and supermarket. We were also given a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, bright and airy, with two balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very nice, it's big enough for two adults and two children (6&9 y.o.). Its location is perfect, right next to the lovely beach of Makarska. The owner family is very friendly, they do everything to make yourself at home. I can highly recommend this place! -

We loved our stay in Apartments Filipovic. Petra went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. She did our laundry and gave us a ride to the harbor. Excellent service! We had the apartment on the ground floor and it was fantastic! Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, looked like it was newly renovated, overall a very comfortable stay. This place is way better than a regular 3* apartment!
