  The staff was wonderful! SO accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had lots of questions about returning our rental car, getting a taxi to the airport, using the local tram, making dinner reservations - they were fantastic. My husband and I were sad to leave the hotel - we enjoyed our stay that much! Thank you! - The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff is professional and kind. Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).
