Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space . Aircon and wifi excellent unlike some other places we stayed . The host made us pita and offered drinks on arrival and was very kind and friendly . Our kids didn't want to leave -

Very nice guesthouse in Dubrovnik. Clean 4-5 room guesthouse, kitchen facilities, and shared bathrooms. Away from city center, although it is possible to walk there. The owners were very friendly and caring. They introduced us to the town-map, the bus schedule and so on. The house is very new, great furnished and alway clean. We felt very welcome and had a nice balcony with view over the port. It was a great stay!

The building is totally charming and rooms are well-appointed; the
perfect mix of sleek and modern with the right amount of local touches.
Clean and very cute, a lot of effort was obviously put into this hotel.
Breakfast was very tasty with homemade croissants, champagne for mimosas

The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

Big room with private bathroom across hallway. Great location, we only stayed one night before heading off for a cruise so it was perfect for us. Nice outside courtyard and although the owners speak limited English they were lovely and accommodating. Great budget option.

A wonderful setting and location just across the water from cruise terminal is the Babin Kuk area and the location is a major plus. The host is a lovely friendly lady. She was even kind enough to give me a lift to the bus station when I left, as it was raining. The room was spotless and quite spacious and the location is very good, a nice area 10 minutes bus ride to old town and buses are very frequent. 15 minute walk to the nearest beach.

My husband and I stayed at Batala apartments for 3 nights and found it to be extremely good value in an otherwise fairly expensive city.
Our double room was quite big and had an extra single bed and seating area as well. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower very very good.

For me there is nothing to complain. I had really nice stay there. The location is very strategic as it is close the Dubrovnik tourist attraction, i.e. fortified old town. From the price aspect, it was just fit with my budget.
Anita, the owner of the house, is very nice. The breakfast also was just perfect; even my normal daily breakfast is not as complete as I had during my stay in the house.
All in all, I will stay there again if I have chance to come to Dubrovnik again, and it's very recomme

We loved this apartment. It was so nice to get into a quiet part of the old town, on such a pretty street. Everything we needed and the balcony was lovely. Piero was really helpful and gave us lots of good ideas about places to go to.

Our host, Darko, proved to be an amazing host assisting us in any way possible particularly with our luggage to and from our car. We were prepared for the many stairs which added to the ambience of being located in the old town. The interior of the guesthouse has been renovated beautifully and our room was very comfortable. This apartment in Dubrovnik was wonderful! Modern and beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view over the old town. You can watch amazing sunsets sitting on your balcony. The apartment is also extremely clean and the owner is very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay here!
Some reviews complain about the stairs. First, there are not that many

We stayed in the studio. We liked EVERYTHING: location and beautiful view of the sea and old town from the balcony, comfort of the apartment, reasonably good bed, good preasure of warm water, hospitality of the owner. Extra very thankful to her for helping me get my special glasses back, when I forgot them in the studio and was already far from Dubrovnik. Thanks a lot, Goldi.
