The owner is very nice and gave us good explanation about the city , there is a nice beach very close to the apartment. Appartment is quite far from Dubrovnik old city. The apartment is very clear even during the night and get worse early in the morning so you can not sleep well if you like dark rooms, the sofa bed is very hard, the apartment was not very clean, an old lady knocked the door asking for money, around 25/30 min walking to the old city, no parking, only in the street, the building where the apartment is located is very old and dirty, not a comfortable place to stay.
