We stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing holiday. The family who run the guest house are very friendly and always there to help, and offer day trips to montenegro and mostar. We went on both trips and had a fantastic time.Much better than visiting the same places than with a coach load of other tourists.
The room was very clean and a good size for 2 people.Beds were comfortable. The balcony had a great view of lapad bay.

the beach is only a short walk away , the historic centre is a bit further away(10mins by bus) but the bus stop is just down the road and there's a frecuent inexpensive service. our room wasn't the biggest I guess but the bed was very comfortable and it was clean and very looked after overall. nice bathroom too. the owner is extremely helpful and you can park just outside. a very pleasant stay.
The hosts were very nice and accommodating and willing to help, we arrived fairly late and owner helped park car in his yard (thank you). Inform the hosts ahead of time if you need parking. Big terrace with table/chairs and sea view. Wifi worked in our room. Everything clean.

The staff are so lovely and generous, the walk to Old Town is very scenic and the beach at Lapad is beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
The accommodation provided everything you could need. Lovely towels and bed linen, immaculately clean, tidy and welcoming. Owners very friendly and helpful - fabulous views.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. Not near by the city center on foot but you can take the bus near by and is 10 minutes until there.

It is family apartments,warm hospitality. We had room with sea view that was a bit smaller to feel comfortable enough, but it was absolutely Ok for 3 nights staying. Host allowed us to park our car inside the yard. Apartment is located close to beach, but on the hill, so one needs to overcome ~200m by stairs uphill. There is walking alley toward beach with a lot of caffe and kids playgrounds. You can reach old town only by transport (far away walking distance).
We were welcomed by a very friendly, helpful and hospitable host, who gave us all the information we needed about Dubrovnik. Without the help of our host we wouldn`t be able to find the way to the parking space. The room had a balcony with a fantastic wiev. There is no need to use the car, the bus stop is nearby and the bus takes you to the Old Town in 15-20 minutes.
The view from the balcony is great. The distance to the beach is short and it takes you about 20-30 min. by foot to the old centre.
The owner was very nice and gave us a parking place in his father's yard.
The host were very friendly, we even had a welcome drink.
We could leave our car parked after check out for a few more hours.
Location hard to find navigation couldn't get us there because of one way street leading to the house, we actually ended up driving opposite way on one way street for a couple hundred meters in order to get to the house, which by the way is pretty far out on a hill. Driving on the narrow streets is challenging. Our room (orange) was small, smaller than it appears in the photo.
call the host before you go there. the streets to this location are not very friendly because of some restrictions on streets.

It's a bit high (uphill), you have to climb a lot of stairs.
